Vellum document features a prominent signature by Lincoln with his full name, ''Abraham Lincoln'', and decorative military vignettes and blue paper seal. Countersigned by Acting Secretary of War Thomas A. Scott. Measures approximately 13.5'' x 17''. Folds, and some creasing to vellum as expected. Overall in very good plus condition.
