Document features a prominent signature by Lincoln, signed with his full name, ''Abraham Lincoln''. Countersigned by Secretary of War Edwin M. Stanton. With decorative military vignettes, vellum document measures 13.5'' x 16.25''. Folds, with one just skimming the top of Lincoln's signature, and some bunching to vellum. Overall very good condition.
