Two pairs of white painted sconces owned by the Kennedys. The 3-light wall sconces were taken from the Winter White House in Palm Beach, Florida, a house owned by Joseph and Rose Kennedy, and used extensively by JFK both during and before his Presidency; he wrote ''Profiles in Courage'' there, and hosted meetings as President including interviewing most of his cabinet. Each sconce measures 22.5'' tall and 7.5'' wide. Sconces are worn from use with a detached piece on one, overall very good condition.
