Two pairs of white painted sconces owned by the Kennedys. The 3-light wall sconces were taken from the Winter White House in Palm Beach, Florida, a house owned by Joseph and Rose Kennedy, and used extensively by JFK both during and before his Presidency; he wrote ''Profiles in Courage'' there, and hosted meetings as President including interviewing most of his cabinet. Each sconce measures 22.5'' tall and 7.5'' wide. Sconces are worn from use with small detached pieces, overall good condition.
