Sunday, 24 November 1963 edition of ''The Dallas Times Herald'' newspaper declaring Dallas police have an ''airtight'' case against Lee Harvey Oswald. President Kennedy was shot dead just two days earlier, and Oswald was the prime suspect. The front page tells of the mounting evidence in the case against Oswald, with the latest development being the discovery of a rifle receipt bearing his handwriting. Oswald would be fatally shot himself by Jack Ruby this same day. Another article announces JFK will be buried in Arlington National Cemetery, and another reveals LBJ's reservations about being president due to the enormity of the responsibility. Toning and small tears along the top edge, else near fine.
