Penned in blue ballpoint, a dialogue bubble above Charlie's head reads, ''Are you trying to make fun of me?''. Book was given to author Jack Wohl, circa 1970. Softcover measures 5.125'' x 8''. Toning, slight chipping and front cover partially detached. Good plus condition. Charlie Brown's head filled in with crayon, possibly not by Schulz.

Lot also includes a Charles Schulz autograph letter signed ''Sparky'' on Schulz's letterhead, also written to author Jack Wohl, reading in part, ''Dear Jack / Your new book is great.
