Marlene Dietrich personally owned Pope John Paul II bronze-gilt 1978 medal. Housed in a blue velvet box with a National Collector's Mint marking to inside of case. Designed by T.J. Farrell, medal measures 1.5'' in diameter and is housed in issuer plastic case. Medal and case are both near fine. From the estate of Marlene Dietrich.
