Fidel Castro's business card from his 1950 venture as a partner in a Havana law firm. The card is printed with his name as ''Dr. Fidel Castro Ruz / Abogado''. At the top, it indicates in Spanish the law practiced as Civil, Criminal and Social. It also bears the names of his partners Azpiazo and Resente. The recent graduates started the practice with the intention of fighting for the rights of poor Cubans, but the firm failed financially. Subsequently Castro brought criminal cases against Batista to no avail. Measures 3.5'' x 2''. In good condition with heavy creasing.
