Arthur Ashe sculpture of the tennis legend posing mid-swing. Bronze statue is intricate and impressive, done by artist John Petek, a bronze sculpture artist whose works are each hand-crafted and unique. Statue depicts Ashe hitting a back-hand in a greyish colored uniform, with a racquet that has no strings. Statue is mounted to a 16'' x 16'' wooden base with a porcelain white marble top to wood. A gold plaque affixed to wood reads ''Arthur Ashe by John Petek''. Statue measures 28'' tall and is near fine, save for a faint 10'' crack that runs through the marble affixed to the wood near his shoe, though not affecting the statue itself. With an LOA from Ashe's widow.
