Yogi Berra signs the sweet spot, and 20 other players sign: Roger Maris, Yogi Berra, Tony Kubek, Duke Maas, Jim Hegan, Ralph Terry, Bob Turley, Bill Skowron, Bill Stafford, Joe DeMaestri, Roland Sheldon, Jim Coates, Clete Boyer, Tex Clevinger, Hec Lopez, Luis Arrojo, Danny McDevitt, Art Ditmar, Jesse Gonder, Elston Howard and John Sain. The 22nd signature, Mickey Mantle, appears on the sweet spot beneath Berra's and is clubhouse. The '61 Yankees broke the home run record with 240, and Roger Maris broke Babe Ruth's personal record with 61 home runs in the '61 season.
