Emmy award statue from the 1970's. Undedicated statue is 18-karat gold plated and features the iconic figure of a winged woman holding an atom while standing upon a convex, grid-lined surface, mounted to a round metal base. The base's flat perimeter reads ''The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences''. When awarded to an honoree, the band around the base would be engraved with several lines naming the award, its category and recipient. Measures 15.25'' in total height with a 7.5'' diameter base. Weighs 5 pounds, 6 ounces. Scattered tarnishing, underside lacks backing and expert repair to left wingtip, else near fine.
