Spain defeated Italy 4-0 in the final match held in Kiev, Ukraine on 1 July 2012. Medal features raised flower/soccer ball design and reads: ''UEFA / EURO 2012 / POLAND-UKRAINE''. Verso features raised cup with flower border and inscription: ''UEFA EURO 2012 / COUPE HENRI DELAUNAY''. Measures 6 cm. or 2.25''. Weighs 120 g. or 4.2 oz. Small dent at border, minor scuffing, overall very good condition.
