Signed ''Th: Jefferson'', with paper seal intact. Document measures 23.25'' x 17.75''. Some loss to Madison's signature, separation at vertical fold just touching ''T'' of Jefferson's signature, and some loss to text repaired to verso. Light foxing and toning. Overall in very good condition.
