Thomas Edison stock signed for the Phonograph Corporation of Indiana, signed by Edison as its President. Stock was purchased by Thomas A. Edison, Inc., dated 18 October 1922. Beautiful document is accented in gold leaf, with a gilt corporate seal. Signed ''Thos A Edison''. Also signed by Charles Edison on the verso in 1924. Document measures approximately 12.5'' x 8.25'' with uneven left side. Cancellation holes partially affecting Edison's signature, overall very good condition.
