The Three Stooges signed contract with their long-time manager Harry Romm, dated 25 August 1943, with Curly's signature, signing as ''Jerome Howard''. Also signed by ''Moe Howard'' and ''Larry Fine'', and with the additional initials of all three next to a handwritten edit to the contract, which is for a period of five years. Three page contract is signed and initialed on page three, along with the signature of Romm. On three separate sheets, measuring 8.5'' x 11'', stapled to a blue folder measuring 9'' x 12''. Near fine condition.
