Johnson that begins, ''Two months ago today he died - and a part of America died with him.'' Book is inscribed upon the front free endpaper, ''For Jack Spangenburg / With my appreciation / Robert F Kennedy''. Measures 5.75'' x 8.5''. Book is near fine with light toning, housed in original, very good dust jacket that has some chipping. From the estate of Jack Spangenburg, longtime Kennedy family employee and author of ''Moonlighting As a Butler: Serving the Kennedys 1960-1977''.
