Richard Feynman handwritten notes from his time serving on the Rogers Commission, which investigated the Space Shuttle Challenger disaster in 1986. Feynman writes the names of several key players at NASA, somewhat of a rogue's gallery as the three NASA men listed on the sheet were reported to have known about the faulty O-rings prior to launch. Sheet reads in part:

''[Philip] Culbertson Genl Manager NASA [James] Beggs [Culbertson had recently replaced Beggs at NASA]
[James] Abrahamson Office Space Flight
Deputy Administrator Hans Mark Austin Texas
Al Lovelace Dept. Administrator 6 mos, Genl Dynamics Space Division San Diego CA...''

Page measures 8.375'' x 11'' on ruled paper, penned by Feynman in blue fountain pen. Folds, else near fine. From the Richard Feynman estate.
