Document resolves that future funds be allocated to the development of the National Military Park at Gettysburg, which was established as a national park in 1895. Signed by the Adjutant General Thomas J. Stewart and Commander in Chief of the Grand Army, John Peter Shindel Gobin, both Civil War veterans. Measures 10'' x 12.25''. Folds, uniform toning and pencil notations to verso. Very good overall.
