President Truman signs "Harry Truman" below the image, as do Donald Dawson, Eben Ayers, Robert Landry, Harry Vaughan, Leslie Biffle, William Hassett, Alben Barkley, William Leahy, John Steelman, Clark Clifford, Stanley Woodward, Wallace Graham, Robert Dennison, William Bray and Jonathan Daniels. Glossy 9.25" x 7.25" photo is matted to 15" x 12". Image is faded with paper loss to upper right. Mat has some toning and foxing. Good.
