Beautifully feminine dress made by Ralph & Russo Haute Couture was worn by Cruz to advocate for ''TIME'S UP'' and the #MeToo movement. Embellished Chantilly lace off-the-shoulder ball gown has draped silk gazar bustle, measuring 73.5'' (55'' long without train). With 31'' bust, 27'' waist and 30'' hips. Lightly worn, else near fine. Originally sold to benefit the TIME'S UP Legal Defense Fund.
