NASA manual for the ''Saturn I Countdown Manual'', volume II, detailing the steps for launch of SA-7 on 18 September 1964. The launch of Saturn I was believed to be the point where the U.S. surpassed the Soviet Union in the space race. Dated 5 September 1964, manual includes pre-launch checklists, troubleshooting measures including engine failure, and more. Runs approximately 100pp. and measures 9'' x 11.25''. Some damage to ring binder, and light foxing and soiling. Good condition.
