Muhammad Ali and Sonny Liston dual-signed boxing bag glove from 1964. Ali signs the glove as Cassius Clay in early 1964 before he changed his name, and also signed before he upset Liston in the famous February 1964 bout -- their first fight that started a lifelong rivalry between the two men. He writes boldly, ''To Chuck / From / Cassius Clay / 1964'', contrasted well against the tan leather. Liston writes, ''For Chuck / From / Sonny Liston''. J.C. Higgins brand left-handed glove measures approximately 4.5'' x 8.5''. Light staining to leather and wear, consistent with use, overall very good condition. Lot also includes five photos of Liston and Ali, a few showing Ali wearing a similar glove. With a COA from boxing specialist Craig R. Hamilton.
