''Apollo 11 Lunar Surface Operations Plan'' signed by the late Michael Collins, Apollo 11 astronaut. Original plan from 27 June 1969 is signed by Collins on the cover in blue felt-tip, ''Michael Collins / Apollo XI''. Measures 8'' x 10.5'' and runs 184pp., with several fold-out diagrams. Light wear and toning, overall very good condition. Signature obtained at 2019 Spacefest.
