Hoover's 72pp. book is a collection of his political essays, published 7 years before his election to the Presidency. Bound in dark blue cloth boards with gilt lettering, book measures 4.75'' x 7.25''. Slightly cocked, with sunning to backstrip and wear to spine edges and board edges and corners. Toning to leaves with pencil notations to front free endpaper. Very good.
