Ansel Adams signed print ''Winter Sunrise, Sierra Nevada, From Lone Pine, California 1944''. In ink, he writes his characteristic ''AA'' upon a label affixed to the dramatic photo's border. The 15.75'' x 13'' print is in fine condition, and comes shielded by a separate sheet of tissue, and tucked inside the cover of ''Images 1923-1974'' published by New York Graphic Society: New York: 1981. This is the second printing of the celebrated American photographer's large book of breathtaking landscapes and scattered portraits. Handsomely bound in grey cloth boards with gilt lettering and black cloth spine. Measures 17.5'' x 14''. A few tiny stains to board edges, else fine, with dustjacket in near fine condition, save for a few surface scratches.
