Letter in blue ink reads in part: ''Dear Edward...I do want to thank you for your Doggone Good Book -- I think it is wonderful -- will be in N.Y. May 28th and will give you a call...Best to you, and that Wonderful Gal of yours -- Hoppy''. Letter on 1pp. measures 8.5'' x 11'' with two staple holes at top left and very minor toning, else near fine.
