Ray Bolger, the ''Scarecrow'' in the ''Wizard of Oz'' autograph letter signed to a fan. It reads in full: ''Dear Dale - The make-up on my face was made of a special type of foam rubber, it was glued on my face, the collar was attached to the mask it was burlap. A total of about 3 hours for the make-up and and the costume every morning. No I'm not going to be in the remake. Thank you for your sweet letter! Sincerely, Ray Bolger / 9-2-84''.
