Official Italian document, dated 16 May 1935, signed by Benito Mussolini and Vittorio Emanuele III as King of Italy. Both king and dictator sign the single page handwritten document on the verso in black pen. Routing marks and filing stamps are present on face of 9.5''x 14.5'' document. Overall toning and foxing, and small tears to top edge. Very good condition.
