The 25 November 1963 issue of ''The Dallas Morning News'' covering Jack Ruby's killing of accused JFK assassin Lee Harvey Oswald. The front page bears only a headline and giant captioned photo of Ruby pointing a gun at Oswald the moment before he shot him dead at the Dallas police station. An article about the night club owner is featured within. Includes sections 1, 2 and 4 of 4. Section 3 of this edition was devoted exclusively to Thanksgiving cooking. Very light toning and chipping to vertical fold. Very good to near fine.
