Sproul / Gouverneur de Pennsylvanie, F. Foch / 24.11.21.'' Photographer Melcy signs below the photo. William Sproul served as governor of Pennsylvania from 1919-1923. 6.25'' x 7.75'' oval matte photo is affixed to 8.25'' x 11.5'' backing. Light toning, else near fine.
