Original ''Felix the Cat'' Sunday comic strip by Felix's co-creator Otto Messmer, published 17 December 1933. In this 13-panel Christmas themed strip, Felix cuts Santa's beard to stay warm while Felix's owners trade presents with the milkman in order to give Felix milk for Christmas. With King Features Syndicate label on twelfth panel. Artwork is unsigned but drawn by Messmer who took over drawing the strip in 1927, sometimes accompanied by Pat Sullivan's signature. Measures 22.875'' x 18'' on artist board. With blue editorial numbers on each panel. A few small spots of discoloration, overall in very good condition.
