Three Stooges script for the 1938 Columbia short ''Flat Foot Stooges'', personally owned by Moe Howard. Final script is dated 10 October 1938, with ''Fire Picture'' typed on front cover. ''Flat Foot Stooges'' is the first time that the ''Three Blind Mice'' theme song was used in the title sequence. Script measures 8.75'' x 11'' and runs 27pp., with all pages present. Bound with a pair of brads, with green Columbia covers. Front cover detached from brads, light creasing and discoloration. Overall in very good condition. From the Moe Howard estate.
