Moe Howard handwritten page of jokes and gags, written for The Three Stooges theater tour. Circa 1940, page reads in part, ''...Now don't act like a kid and be a pest now - I came from a family of whistle. We had to whistle in our house - What do you mean you had to whistle - There was no lock on the bathroom door - You know I read about a strange thing a large Eagle picked up a little baby and flew away with it - That's nothing right here on (localize) a big chicken picked up a full grown man and walked away with him - (apologize - hurt feelings - I thank you - related to the manager - his dog & my dog are cousins. You look like a panhandler - can I help it if I work in a hospital. - You're the kind of guy that'll come into a theatre and sit in a box with your shoes off - You think you're kidding (show bare feet) Telephone black out Main 6472 - Give me Germany - Hitler...Call my wife won't be home for supper.''
