Academy Award-winning actress Mary Astor autograph letter signed from 1957. To her agent Gloria Safier, letter discusses her upcoming autobiography which was published in 1959, specifically with regards to the collaborator on the book. Reads in part, ''...He's doing a good job I think; he has the ability to keep my 'style', using about 90% of my material but organizing it into shape & form...Also what do you think of this as a title 'I Couldn't Walk Alone.''' Signed ''Mary'', 2pp. letter measures 7'' x 10'' and has a staple at top left and a pencil notation in an unknown hand beneath signature. Very good.
