JFK states his support for a nuclear test ban treaty with the Soviet Union as Ambassador Arthur H. Dean travels to Geneva. Reads in part, ''Our proposed treaty carries hope for our country and for the world, for relief from great dangers...'' Release is a mimeograph made by the Press Office from the original typed document. Single page measures 8.5'' x 11''. Near fine condition.
