Original press release with transcript of one of President John F. Kennedy's final speeches delivered 18 November 1963. In Tampa, Florida, JFK commemorated the 50th anniversary of aviation pioneer Tony Jannus' flight from Tampa to St. Petersburg. Excerpts from the speech include, ''...I hope in the 1960s that the United States of America will take the leadership again in space...'' Two pages on single sheet measures 8'' x 14''. Light toning and creasing, else near fine.
