First edition collection of the ''Hearings Before the President's Commission on the Assassination of President Kennedy'', more succinctly known as the Warren Commission Report. Washington, DC: U.S. Government Printing Office, 1964. Includes all 26 volumes, excluding the summary volume, housed in the original two shipping boxes with ''Investigation of the Assassination of John F. Kennedy'' printed to each box. Each volume measures 6.5'' x 9.5''. Set is in near fine condition with the exception of volume XIII, which has some minor dampstaining to rear board. A few volumes have light scuffing to covers. An increasingly difficult to find set from this controversial hearing, scarce in original boxes.
