Envelope sent to his wife Libbie at ''339 Penn Ave / Washington DC'' is postmarked from the capital on 19 August. Envelope measures 5.25'' x 3.25''. Light soiling and toning, uneven tearing to right edge and small paper loss to lower left. Very good.
