Visible portion of strip measures 13.25'' x 5'', framed to 19.25'' x 11''. Title graphic has become unglued (but still present), otherwise near fine. (3) ''Baby Blues'' by Jerry Scott and Rick Kirkman, dated 12 November 1990 and inscribed ''For Ken & Cathy With Friendship - Jerry Scott Rick Kirkman''.
