Large lot of fun, candid photos of the Robert Kennedy family and friends, taken at their parties during the 1960s and 70s. Known for their frequent social gatherings, the 32 photos here depict the Kennedys and their guests, including John Lennon & Yoko Ono, astronauts Jack Swigert and James Lovell, athletes Rosey Grier, Frank Gifford and Rafer Johnson, entertainers ''Big Bird'', Andy Williams, Eddie Fisher, Connie Stevens and Burt Bacharach and others such as Art Buchwald, Pierre Salinger, Roger Mudd, David Brinkley and Supreme Court Justice Byron White. Additional photos of the Hickory Hill home are included, along with photos of Ethel outfitted as a Washington Redskins football player. Some of the photos are reproductions. 32 photos range in size from 3.5'' square to 6.75'' x 5.25''. Very good condition. Photos were taken by Jack Spangenburg, longtime Kennedy family employee and author of ''Moonlighting As a Butler: Serving the Kennedys 1960-1977''.
