Plaque is engraved with 4 lines naming the award, its category and recipient: ''1994 PRIMETIME EMMY AWARDS / OUTSTANDING SUPPORTING ACTRESS IN MINISERIES OR A SPECIAL--CICELY TYSON AS CASTALIA / OLDEST LIVING CONFEDERATE WIDOW TELLS ALL / MAY 1, 3, 1994''.
