Archive by 20th century bandleader, singer and saxophonist Tex Beneke, best known for singing ''Chattanooga Choo Choo'' in 1941 with the Glenn Miller Orchestra. Archive comprises: (1) 1947 Billboard Award. Measures 11.5'' x 15''. Some edgewear and discoloration, very good condition; (2) Replacement gold record presented to Tex Beneke in 1972 from Bluebird Records for his work on ''Chatanooga Choo Choo''. Gold record measures 19.5'' x 23'' and weighs 9 lbs. 13 oz. Some wear and spotting to gold record, overall very good condition; (3) Tex Beneke autograph arrangement of the 1933 song ''Lazy Bones''. 11 pages of sheet music labeled ''TEX BENEKE ORCHESTRA'', with top sheet labeled ''LAZY BONES / (TEX VOCAL)'' in black felt and ''#47 Lazy Bones'' in pencil. Each sheet measures 18'' x 14''. Toning, one vertical fold to each sheet, minor folding to corners, overall very good condition; (4) Tex Beneke autograph arrangement of the 1940 song ''Everything Happens To Me''. 14 pages of sheet music labeled ''GLENN MILLER Orchestra'' are written by Beneke in pencil. Each music sheet measures 11'' x 17''. Toning, horizontal fold to each sheet, small tear on front page, overall very good condition; (5) 75'' wooden standup featuring Tex Beneke playing saxophone. Standup is 0.25'' thick and measures 29'' at widest point. Various nicks at edges, some scratching at top of head, overall very good condition. Each item has an LOA from Beneke's step-children.
