President Dwight Eisenhower letter signed to his brother Edgar, on White House stationery. Dated 24 June 1954, letter regarding the Soviet Union reads in part, ''I am enclosing a memorandum prepared by the State Department on the perversion of justice in the Soviet orbit. If, at the Conference of International Lawyers...Mr. Wright found it possible to discuss...the ideas outlined in the memorandum, I think it would be exceedingly valuable to us...[signed] Ike''. Single page letter measures approximately 7'' x 9''. Two sets of double hole punches along the top from filing and fold from mailing, else fine condition.
