Harry Truman ''Memoirs, Vol. II'' published by Doubleday & Co., Inc.: Garden City, NY: 1956, with signed autograph insert. Tucked between the front free endpaper and fly-leaf of ''Years of Trial and Hope'' is a slip that reads, ''Kind regards / from / Harry Truman'' in blue ink. The slip appears to be a detached title page from a different copy of the same book. Measures 5.25'' x 8.25''. Mild toning and slightly irregular left edge, else near fine. Memoir runs 594pp. and comes bound in black cloth boards with silver lettering. Wear to edges of spine and boards. Very good.
