London Charity Cup gold medal awarded to Edwin J. Revill of the Queens Park Rangers in 1912. Medal features a design in relief to obverse, including a pair of enameled crests surrounded by blue banners reading, ''Professional Football Charity / Fund / London / 1912''. Reverse is plain save for Vaughtons maker's mark and 9 kt gold stamping. Articulated ring at the top also bears gold marks. Housed in its original London Football Association case, medal measures 1.25'' in diameter. Weighs 18 grams, just over half an ounce. Near fine.
