Dwight D. Eisenhower typed letter signed as President, dated 9 February 1960 on official White House stationery. Here, Eisenhower writes to his brother, Edgar, referring to a statement he made in his State of the Union address regarding the International Court of Justice: ''...You just don't read my public pronouncements! I refer to you the following quotation from the State of the Union Message for this year...'' The President then signs off with, ''You may gather than I am in complete disagreement, not for the time time, with you. With warm regard, As ever, [signed] D.E.''. Letter measures 7'' x 10.5'' on one page with two holes punched at top. Near fine.
