Eva Peron typed circular signed, dated 20 July 1950 from Buenos Aires on Women's Peronist Party letterhead. Letter in Spanish translates in part, ''...this Chair of the Women's Peronist Party establishes that assistance to the old and disabled people shall be provided.'' Signed boldly in ink, ''Eva Peron'', one page document measures 6.75'' x 10.25''. Chipped along left edge, very good condition.
