Hugh Brannum's Mr. Green Jeans costume from ''Captain Kangaroo'', likely screen-worn. Costume is his famous green denim jeans, which Brannum would have worn with a plaid shirt and straw hat as part of the ensemble that earned him his sobriquet. Bright green jeans by Lee brand are size 38 x 32. Near fine. A fantastic collectible from an iconic TV character. Acquired at the estate sale of Hugh Brannum's widow on 28 June 2014 in Saylorsburg, PA.
