Rare 10'' x 8'' glossy signed photo of Gil McDougald's grand slam, the first grand slam ever by a rookie, during game five of the 1951 World Series on 9 October 1951. In an epic match-up between the New York Giants and Yankees, the Yankees went on to beat the Giants in six games that year. Photo depicts McDougald's grand slam as it was happening in a packed New York Polo Grounds stadium. Signatures in blue ink include ''Willie Mays'', ''Eddie Stanky'', ''Al Dark'', ''Bobby Thomson'', ''Monte Irvin'', ''Larry Jansen'', ''Gil McDougald'', ''Whitey Lockman'' and '''Wes' Westrum''.
