Original Eyvind Earle oil painting of a coastal California landscape, personally owned by Ray Bradbury. Earle worked as a Disney artist and was known for his background illustrations of many films, most notably ''Sleeping Beauty''. Oil painting on board portrays a landscape of a California coastal mountain range in golden afternoon light. No visible signature, though possibly signed on verso. Painting measures 13'' x 17'' and is framed in a large shadowbox black frame to an overall size of 26'' x 30.5''. Small chip to center of painting causing a white speck, else near fine condition. With a COA from the Ray Bradbury estate.
